Hi. I'm Richard — and I've spent my career noticing what children actually need.

I've taught across the UK, Moscow, China and Qatar. Mainstream schools, special education, PRU settings. Children with ADHD, anxiety, high ability, low confidence — and everything in between.

I don't just teach curriculum content. I build confident thinkers and leaders — children who know how to learn, how to think, and how to back themselves in a rapidly changing world.
